DESCRIPTION

The pipe-in-pipe heat exchanger is used to perform enological tasks related to thermovinification, e.g. for fast, flow-through heating or cooling of freshly destemmed and crushed grapes. Freshly obtained grape pulp is immediately pumped through the heat exchanger and - after reaching the required temperature - can be directed to further stages of its processing. The dimensions of the exchanger depend on the requirements of the given application.

For liquid media, we offer multi-tube exchangers.
