Monoblock designed to fill, cap and label small bottles such as e-liquids. Initially designed for the e-liquid industry, E-Fill is a machine for filling, labelling, capping products in an ultra-compact size, meeting the most stringent requirements for filling and labelling e-liquid bottles for e-cigarettes. It can now be adapted to other sectors of activity, such as food processing (flavourings, oils, etc.) or cosmetics (creams, liquid soap, etc.) thanks to its innovations: handling products from 5 ml to 1 l with a maximum package diameter of 90 mm.
Its peristaltic pump system allows the fluid to be changed in less than 2 minutes without cleaning the pump. E-Fill can also be equipped with a volumetric pump with flowmeter or piston depending on the viscosity of the product to be filled.
The complete E-Fill packaging line can apply up to 2 labels per pack and achieves a filling speed of up to 25 products per minute.
Controlled by an intuitive touch screen, it offers storage for 50 product packs, as well as ease of adjustment and use.
This monoblock is ideal for e-liquid vials, soap bottles, essential oils and food bottles, but can also be used for other applications.
