Semi-automatic capper, jar capper with twist-off caps (TO), model VS 100. Independent and versatile capping machine. The VS100 capper designed by CDA is a semi-automatic, independent module for capping all types of products packed in jars, including jams, preserves, sauces, honey, etc. Easy to use, has two-handed control, and the adjustment of the capping torque is carried out on the capping head. Capacity approx. 500 jars per hour. 

Minimum bottle diameter : 15mm – maximum : 120mm.
Minimum bottle height: 40mm - maximum : 350mm.

For the proper operation of the device, compressed air and electrical power are necessary: ​​

• Pneumatic connection: 1 air connection on the manometer - below 6 bar permanent (hose included Ø Int/Ext = 8/10 mm).
• Electrical connection: single-phase - cable length 6 m - household plug.
