DESCRIPTION
Monoblock for automatic filling, capping and labelling of vials with drip caps. The E-Fill SW Dropper monoblock has been designed to offer great versatility in packaging bottles from 5 to 250 ml of different formats.
This model is characterised by filling, capping and labelling vials for dripping their content, such as CBD oils, serums in the cosmetics sector, etc.
The E-Fill SW Dropper is equipped with an external vibrating bowl to automatically position the caps. A vibrating conveyor allows the caps to be transported inside the machine.
The E-Fill SW Dropper can be used in two different ways:
- fully automatic mode for medium and large series. Its Pick & Place system automatically places and caps the caps. All packaging operations are therefore automated.
- semi-automatic mode designed for packaging small series. This mode does not allow the caps to be automatically placed on the bottle (vial): this operation is then carried out manually. The side door opens so that the operator can manually place the caps on the bottles. The vials will then be capped by the automatic capping head (adapted to the specifics of the cap). The semi-automatic mode simplifies the settings when changing the format of the product to be packed; it therefore represents a significant time saving when packing small series (despite the manual capping operation).
The productivity of this machine reaches up to 50 products per minute for 10 ml formats (i.e. 3,000 bottles per hour).
The monoblock is suitable for various sectors of activity:
- parapharmaceuticals (solutions, nasal decongestants, etc.),
- cosmetics (serums, face and body oils, etc.),
- natural products (essential oils, etc.).
