DESCRIPTION

TSM-2005 TO is a semi-automatic mechanical capping machine for closing bottles or jars with a Twist-Off cap, with a falling capping head, very easy to use. Table-top screwdriver. Productivity approximately 300/400 bottles or jars per hour. The device is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and an aluminum frame. The price of the device includes one cap format, a Twist-Off closure. Thanks to the adjustable height, it is possible to close bottles or jars with a height of 80 mm to 280 mm and a diameter of 20 - 160 mm. TSM-2005 TO is certified to comply with CE regulations.

The oparator places the bottle or jar with the cap in the capper. The work cycle is carried out by simultaneously pressing two buttons located on the sides, which causes the closing head to fall onto the bottle to be closed and return to its starting position.

For the proper functioning of the TSM-2005 TO torque wrench you need:
