DESCRIPTION

The measuring method is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction: an electrical signal is generated when flow occurs. The smooth measuring tube makes it easy to clean the device.

Advantages of the device:

  • no moving parts
  • wear-resistant and easy to clean
  • no pressure loss
  • CIP/SIP cleaning
  • high measurement accuracy
  • very high flow rate up to 36,000 l/h
  • for liquids with a viscosity of up to 500 mPa and operating temperatures from -10 to 70°C.
  • high measurement accuracy ± 1%
  • medium temperature -10 to 70°C
  • operating pressure up to 16 bar
  • for wine/fruit juice
  • Input voltage 230 V, 1 phase, AC
  • Operating voltage 24 V DC
  • Connection thread DN DIN 50 according to DIN 11851
  • Protection class IP 65
  • Materials in contact with the medium: V4 A = 1.4404 (AISI 316 L)

The device is available in two versions:

  • MT 1: 500 - 18,000 l/h
  • MT 2: 500 - 36,000 l/h
