Bucher XPlus N2: grape pressing under inert gas is finally available in small-capacity presses.
The Bucher XPlus N2 represents a true technological breakthrough. It is the first press on the market to operate under complete inert gas containment. Thanks to its full enclosure and controlled injection of inert gas (nitrogen or CO₂), it protects the grapes and must from oxidation, thus preserving the freshness, aroma, and purity of the fruit. Designed for small wineries, the press is suitable for vinifying high-quality batches. The press is available in 3, 5, and 10 hectoliter capacities.
Thanks to its fully enclosed enclosure and controlled injection of inert gas (nitrogen or CO₂), the grapes are completely protected from oxygen. This system drastically reduces oxidation, thus preserving the delicate aroma and natural freshness of the juice and must. This technology, previously reserved for high-capacity presses, is finally becoming available to small producers, offering artisan wineries the same benefits as large-scale wineries.
The intuitive touchscreen interface allows for easy programming of cycles, even for micro-vinification. Designed with user comfort in mind, the Bucher XPlus N₂ press offers unprecedented flexibility for single-lot or experimental vinification, while guaranteeing hygiene, speed, and cost control.
With the Bucher XPlus N2 press, Bucher Vaslin once again prioritizes innovation over quality, paving the way for a new generation of exceptional wines crafted with precision and respect for the fruit.
