DESCRIPTION
Automatic monoblock for filling, capping and labelling. The E-Fill SW Monoblock by CDA has been designed to ensure maximum efficiency and versatility in a fully automatic bottling line.
The SW version allows you to fill, cap and label bottles (e-liquid, essential oils, aromas, dyes, reagents…) from 5 to 250 ml in various formats.
It has 2 operating modes:
- fully automatic for large product series with the Pick & Place system for automatic cap positioning and capping,
- semi-automatic mode for packaging small and medium series of complementary products with manual cap dispensing on the bottle and automatic capping. The semi-automatic mode allows bottling other product formats without the need for complicated handling or adjustments.
The machine's operating speed can reach up to 3000 bottles/hour, i.e. 50 products/minute (for 10 ml bottles) and can be equipped with up to 2 labelling stations. It can also be equipped with a marking system on the label or on the bottom of the bottles (optional).
