The Bucher Origin pneumatic press has a wide-opening door that ensures full filling of the press and easy emptying of pomace. Sliding drains ensure optimal juice yield and ease of cleaning. The press software is user-friendly, using a color touchscreen PLC. As standard, the PLC controller contains 2 sequential programs and 6 recorded automatic programs. The operator is free to choose the most appropriate program and modify holding times during pressing. The "intelligent" OFM program is used to optimize the holding time. This program offers the ability to automatically switch from one stage to the next when the flow rate is low, thus reducing pumping time.
Washing
Cleaning the Bucher Origin pneumatic press is quick and easy. The rear hatch provides easy access to the bottom of the baler to ensure complete drainage of wash water. The large door opening makes it easier to clean the inside of the tank.
Operator safety
The Bucher Origin baler is equipped with cables placed around the baler that stop the machine as soon as the operator leans on it.
