DESCRIPTION

Universal semi-automatic filling machine for bag-in-box bags, which are fed separately (single) or connected together in a belt. Ideal for medium and large productions. The PREMIA WS filler allows you to manage different recipes and maintain high production rates of up to 540 three-liter vacuum bags per hour in "belt" mode.

The PREMIA WS semi-automatic filling machine has been designed to meet the needs of filling BIB bags from 2 l to 20 l (in "belt" and "single" mode), Pouch bags from 1.5 l to 5 l (in "single" mode) and Cheertainer® containers (in "belt" and "single" mode). It can be used for all types of liquid and semi-liquid products, both for food and non-food products.

Automatic operation without manual bag feeding in belt mode.
Start of cycle (safe and automatic DAS start-up), removal of the tap, creation of vacuum in the bag, dosing and filling, nitrogen injection, reinsertion of the tap, ejection of the full bag.

Box holder placed on rollers: facilitates insertion of the bag into the box, keeping the box in a comfortable position. The operator has a free hand after the box has been formed. Greater efficiency and comfort from the beginning of the filling cycle to packaging.

Belt / single mode
« Belt » mode: automatic feeding of bags from a belt. Allows better ergonomics and increased efficiency by (partially or completely) automating handling operations (loading, cutting, etc.). « Single » mode: manual insertion of the bag into the holder. Single mode is suitable for small and medium production runs.
