DESCRIPTION
The semi-automatic filler (bottler) model Bib’up 2.0 by the French company Technibag is designed for pouring liquid products in the bag-in-box system. The device can be used to fill wine, water, juices and oil into Bag in Box bags from 2 to 20 liters closed with Vitop® taps.
The device has a control panel with a multifunctional display. The accuracy of liquid dosing is ± 5 cl. 230, 50Hz, single-phase.
The device is designed for bottling:
- Oenology: wine, must
- Food industry: fruit juices, oil, vinegar, brine, beer wort, milk
The bag filling operation consists of four stages:
turning on the tap, starting the cycle - removing oxygen from the bag,
measuring and filling,
injection of nitrogen at the end of the cycle
closing the bag
The device is reliable, mobile and very easy to use.
Standard equipment:
- Painted steel frame, mounted on 4 wheels, including carton support
- Work surface: plate, stainless steel 304, with adjustable inclination
- Liquid circuit in stainless steel 316 up to 90°C
- AL30 side channel pump: liquid flow +/- 40HL/h, stainless steel housing and turbine with 2 drain valves and direction reverser
- Fully closed filling head with hygienic screw nozzle, vacuum before filling by Venturi effect and automated nitrogen injection at the end of the filling cycle
- Programmable and automated CIP circuit
- Anti-start protection before filling and arm locking during filling
- Housing in stainless steel 316, volumetric flow meter with paddle wheel
- 3.5" multi-function display, monochrome
- Mechanical gripper T1 for Vitop® with high choke + UNO tap type
- Materials in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Compliance verified and approved by an independent body.
Note: the milk bottling version requires additional equipment (extra paid equipment).
