DESCRIPTION

Labeller adapted to cylindrical containers, equipped with one labelling station. Labeller suitable for applying 2 self-adhesive labels from one roll, to one package. CDA Ninette Auto is an ultra-compact semi-automatic labeller for self-adhesive labels, which allows applying up to two labels to all cylindrical products, such as bottles, vials, jars, etc.

Productivity up to 800 packages per hour. Control is via an intuitive touch screen.

Ninette Auto can be adapted to all cylindrical products for a wide range of sectors: wine (wine bottles: 37.5 cl half bottles, 75 cl bottles, magnums, etc.), cosmetics (cream, perfume, liquid soap, etc.), food (fruit juices, spices, honey, jam, sauce, etc.), chemicals (household products, maintenance products, engine oil, detergent, solvent, etc.), paints and varnishes (pots, cans, etc.).

For companies that are also looking for a filling solution, CDA recommends the K-Net Auto, which is an automatic filler (1200 bottles/hour) or the semi-automatic K-Net filler (600 bottles/hour). CDA also supplies semi-automatic and automatic corking machines.

C: Max. band height = 190mm
D: Space between labels = 3-5mm
Minimal paper quality: 90g
Nota: The rolls have to be stored in a dry place between 15°C and 18°C.
